Join us for this interdisciplinary study of pranayama practices, theory, and anatomy as a way of deepening your yoga practice and enriching your capacity to wake up and be present with things as they are. When pranayama is practiced with careful attention to the whole body and mind while keeping the heart open and bright it is pleasant, non-aggressive, restoring, and insightful.
