In this 4-hour online workshop, we will explore how embodiment practices such as yoga, couched in an understanding of foundational yogic and Buddhist principles of love and life, form a solid foundation for all of us to cultivate lasting happiness. Each class will include a guided, flowing ashtanga vinyasa asana practice (75 minutes) that will drop us deep into the breath, the body, and the mind, followed by a presentation of philosophical concepts and a lively discussion on how to foster happiness from this internal place of balance, curiosity and tenderness.
