Pattabhi Jois was famous for saying, “Practice and all is coming.” But what did that mean? Over time, a consistent practice becomes a fully integrated extension, foundation, and inspiration for all of life. When practicing mindfully with the interfacing of the breath, imagination, and internal forms alongside the necessities of practical relationship in the world, we gradually experience a full spectrum of the insight and clarity that yoga has to offer.
In this weekend workshop we will explore asana, meditation, chanting, and the philosophical underpinnings of the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as they relate to our everyday experience of being in this world.
This workshop goes from 9am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday (June 3 and 4) and is appropriate for those with at least six months Ashtanga yoga practice. The fee is $200. Sign up here now!
