Richard and Mary are going to Austin, Texas! Hosted by Yoga Yoga for the very first time, they'll be teaching a weekend workshop, Ashtanga Vinyasa: Internal Forms, Subtle Practices, and Technical Skills, from February 16 to 18.
On the first evening (6 to 830pm) we'll practice asana and work with meditation and pranayama as they apply to our own practice and to teaching others. We'll end the class with a philosophy lecture on "The Middle Path," with time for questions and answers.
The weekend is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, but all students with a vinyasa background and some familiarity with the Ashtanga series are welcome.
