Join Richard and Mary in New York City this April! They’ll be leading asana, pranayama, and meditation sessions at the Yoga Journal conference (April 21 to 24).
Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman, Deepak Chopra, Maty Ezraty, Rod Stryker, Dharma Mittra, and many other well-known yoga personalities will be there running their own workshops and trainings.
Mary will also be leading classes in the three-day training of Urban Zen Integrative Therapy. UZIT is a holistic care method that relies on the synergistic effects of in-bed movements, restorative yoga poses, breath-awareness exercises, meditation, essential oils, Reiki, nutrition, and contemplative care.
